We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Customised Items

Please be aware that the time and effort that goes into each pair of custom painted shoes is immense. We therefore would like you to understand that this is not a quick process. Coupled with the fact that we have almost always got a large backlog of orders. If you need your item by a specific date, it is advised that you confirm this before booking.

Generally, we have a backlog of around 3-4 months but this can sometimes be more and sometimes less. If in doubt, please ask us first as we are unable to offer a refund after 14 day from payment.

 

Delivery Policy

Paid orders will be shipped via DPD, Royal Mail or iPostparecls and be delivered within 2 weeks of completion of the shoes.

 

Refund policy

Unfortunaelty, we’re unable to cancel or refund you after 14 working days from the date that you make payment for your order. This is due to the fact that products which have been customised, such as shoes, custom snapbacks, made to measure items etc are ordered and painted on therefore cannot be returned.
